These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the SheReal Ltd website within the United Kingdom. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

4. Orders & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order has been confirmed, production may begin immediately.
5. Custom & Bespoke Items
Many SheReal Ltd products are custom-made or personalized.
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started, unless faulty.
Please ensure all customization details are accurate before checkout.
6. Delivery (UK Only)
- Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
- Delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- SheReal Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery has been completed.
Incorrect delivery information may result in delays or failed delivery, for which we cannot be held responsible.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Non-Custom Items
In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom & Handcrafted Items
Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation or refund, unless faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence must be provided
- Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion
8. She-Pressed Mocktails
- All She-Pressed Mocktails are non-alcoholic.
- Ingredients are provided for guidance only. Customers are responsible for checking allergens and suitability.
- SheReal Ltd accepts no liability for adverse reactions or misuse.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, designs, and product names, is the intellectual property of SheReal Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability

Made-to-Order Items
All SheReal Ltd products are made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided at checkout
- Personalized or gifting preferences

Damaged Or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, we are here to help.
