Frequently Asked Questions — SheReal Luxe

Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date your order is placed.  We dispatch all orders from our UK studio, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.

Question 2

Do you offer free delivery?

Accepted Answer

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £1000. For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate delivery fee applies at checkout. We currently deliver across mainland UK. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and island postcodes may incur an additional surcharge — this will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Question 3

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. You can also add a personalised message card — just include your message in the order notes field and we will handwrite it on textured card stock and place it on top of the arrangement. We never include pricing information inside gift orders.

Question 4

Do you deliver internationally?

Accepted Answer

At present we deliver within the UK only. We are working on expanding to the EU and Caribbean in the near future. If you would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please sign up to our newsletter or contact us directly.

Question 5

Can I order a custom bouquet?

Accepted Answer

Yes — bespoke orders are one of our specialities. Whether you have a specific colour palette, occasion theme, budget or branding requirement, we can create something entirely unique for you. Simply get in touch via our contact form with your brief and we will come back to you with a proposal within 48 hours.

Question 6

How far in advance should I order a custom bouquet?

Accepted Answer

We recommend placing custom orders at least 7–10 working days in advance to allow time for sourcing, crafting and quality checking. For large corporate or event orders (10 units or more), please allow a minimum of 14 working days. Rush orders may be possible depending on availability — contact us to discuss.

Question 7

Can I add my company branding to a corporate order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For corporate orders we can incorporate your brand colours into the ribbon and tissue paper, add a branded message card, and include a custom sticker or label on the packaging. Minimum quantities apply for fully bespoke branding — please enquire via our corporate gifting page or contact form for a tailored quote.

Question 8

What are your mocktails made from?

Accepted Answer

Our mocktails are crafted from cold-pressed and brewed hibiscus, botanical extracts and Caribbean-inspired spices. Key ingredients include sorrel (hibiscus), mango, ginger, and a proprietary blend of botanicals. We use no artificial colours or flavours. Full ingredient lists are printed on every 750ml bottle and available on each product page.

Question 9

Are your products suitable for people with allergies?

Accepted Answer

Our mocktails are free from gluten, dairy and nuts. However, they are produced in a studio that handles a range of natural ingredients, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering and we will provide full allergen information for the specific product you are interested in.

Question 10

Are your products vegan and vegetarian friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all SheReal Luxe mocktails and gift products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, gelatine, honey or beeswax in our formulations or packaging materials.

Question 11

Are your mocktails genuinely alcohol-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All SheReal Luxe mocktails contain 0% ABV and are produced without any alcohol at any stage of the process. They are not de-alcoholised drinks — they are crafted from the outset as alcohol-free beverages. This makes them suitable for pregnant women, those in recovery, designated drivers and anyone who simply chooses not to drink.

Question 12

Are your products certified alcohol-free?

Accepted Answer

Our mocktails are independently tested and verified to contain 0.0% ABV. We are committed to full transparency — if you require documentation for dietary, religious or medical purposes, please contact us and we will provide the relevant certification for the product in question.

Question 13

Are your products suitable during pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

Our mocktails are alcohol-free and made from natural ingredients. However, as with any food or drink product during pregnancy, we recommend consulting your midwife or GP before consuming, particularly if you have any specific dietary requirements or sensitivities. We are happy to provide a full ingredient breakdown on request.

Question 14

What does the packaging look like?

Accepted Answer

Every SheReal Luxe order is presented in a black SheReal logo gift bag, display box or gift box, lined with colourful matching soft-touch lining finish. The packaging is designed to be gifted as-is — no additional wrapping is needed. It is part of the luxury experience.

Question 15

Can I add a personalised message card?

Accepted Answer

Yes — at checkout you will find a message card field. Your message will be handwritten on textured, branded card stock and placed on top of the arrangement inside the gift bag. There is no additional charge for this. We never include pricing information inside gift orders, so the recipient will not see what you paid.

Question 16

Is the packaging eco-friendly?

Accepted Answer

We are actively working to make our packaging as sustainable as possible. Our gift bags are made from FSC-certified card, our tissue paper is recyclable, and we use paper-based ribbon where possible without compromising the luxury finish. We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and will continue to improve our materials as better options become available.

Question 17

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Question 18

What if my order arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally damage can occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We will also raise the issue with our courier.

Question 19

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be cancelled or amended within 2 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered production. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made as our team begins crafting orders promptly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we will do everything we can to help.
