4. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are additional and will be shown at checkout.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your card details. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@shereal.co.uk within the cancellation period.
Personalised or bespoke items (including custom money bouquets with personalised sashes) are exempt from the right of cancellation unless they are faulty or not as described. Perishable goods are also exempt.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to SheReal Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheReal Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
